   Co-living: usually one fee paid by group lead, equal-split. Coworking team: similar.

   Use shares mode for coworking days-used

   If your team has different attendance patterns, shares = days_present / 30.

   Pool group meals and weekly grocery runs

   Equal among attendees. Use receipt scanning for the supermarket runs.

   Settle weekly or fortnightly

   Don't let a month of expenses pile up - nomads are notoriously hard to chase post-departure.
